PR Accountants Pty Ltd was established by Peter Russell and Paul Raye in 2002 to provide traditional accounting and taxation services. The introduction of GST combined with consistently strong client referrals has seen the firm experience considerable growth. We now service a diverse range of clients including micro, small and medium sized business owners from a range of industry sectors.
The practice is now large enough to offer specialised advice and small enough to guarantee personal service to our clients.
Living in the age of increasing financial complexity, we have responded to the needs of our clients and now offer a complete range of accounting, taxation, business advisory and financial services.
If we cannot directly assist clients we draw on the extensive knowledge of our alliance partners to ensure they get the best solution for their needs.
Commitment to the success of our clients is foremost, and we achieve this by offering a number of services including:
Accounting, including preparation and analysis of financial statements
Tax return preparation
Superannuation set up and administration
Estate and succession planning
Capital Gains tax planning and reporting
Full range of secretarial services, company incorporations and trust formations

We believe small business owners want more than just an accountant who keeps the score. Too many accounting firms view the tax return as the end of the client process, however, we see it as the beginning. Our mission is to help you build a better, more profitable business by combining the knowledge of your business with our experience and consulting tools.
Outside traditional tax compliance work we believe the 5 things small business owners want from their accountant include :
1. Growth - help me grow my revenue and my wealth
2. Profit - help me improve my profitability
3. Cashflow - help me understand my cash situation and show me how to free up cash flow
4. Asset protection - help me protect my assets
5. Succession - help me with my estate, business sale or succession plan
We are not your average firm of CPA's. Our clients span a broad range of industry sectors and they keep telling us that we are different because we DON'T just tell them what happened to their business in the past, we talk to them about what COULD happen in the future. If you run your business looking in the rear view mirror you're probably not looking at the road ahead. You can't change the past but we can shape your financial future.
Compliance is very important and it might be what all business owners need but it isn't necessarily what they want. Accordingly, we have developed and offer a range of services beyond compliance that we describe as 'business boosters'.
We recognise the need to deliver cost effective services and we guarantee you will enjoy support, guidance and accessibility together with personal, timely and quality advice.
Your business success is important to us because Our Business, is Your Business.
